The U.A.E. is among the most representative forensic Associations in Italy accredited to the National Bar and will participate in the work of the National Congress to be held in Lecce (Italy) from 6 to 8 October.
Lawyer Rosanna Marzocca, U.A.E.’s delegate to the Congress, participated in the preparatory work on the topic of Artificial Intelligence and Jurisdiction and drafted the part of the text relating to the definition of “Predictive Justice”.
The U.A.E. Commission “New Technology, Personal Data and Communication Law” has and will continue to explore innovative issues related to the protection of rights and the justice system.
