UAE Scholarship for Young Lawyers 2026

The European Lawyers’ Union (U.A.E.) and its President, Rosanna Marzocca, are proud to present the UAE Scholarship for Young Lawyers 2026, an initiative designed to support and encourage the next generation of legal professionals across Europe.

If you are under the age of 35 and registered with a Bar Association within the European Union, this is your opportunity to showcase your talent and join an international legal community.

Scholarship Benefits

  • Participation in the UAE General Assembly 2026, to be held in Nice (France) from 12 to 14 November 2026.
  • Invitation to participate as a speaker during the International Conference in Nice, presenting the paper submitted for the scholarship.
  • Travel and accommodation support of up to €1,000.
  • Complimentary UAE membership for 2026 and 2027.

How to Apply

Applicants are invited to submit an original essay (maximum 6,000 words) on the following topic:

Cross-Border Successions in Europe: Legal Coordination and Tax Implications

The completed application form and essay must be submitted no later than:

30 September 2026 (midnight CET)
