DESCRIPTION:Corso di alta formazione in Diritto penale europeo: convenzione dedicata ai soci UAE\nUna borsa di studio e una quota di iscrizione agevolata per gli avvocati membri dell’Unione Avvocati Europei. Il corso si svolgerà a Roma e online dal 18 novembre 2026 al 17 marzo 2027. \nL’Unione Avvocati Europei (UAE) e la sua Presidente\, Rosanna Marzocca\, sono lieti di presentare un’opportunità di formazione e aggiornamento professionale: il Corso di alta formazione in Diritto penale europeo\, organizzato dal Centro Competenze e Formazione Medichini\, sotto la direzione scientifica dell’Avv. Prof. Stefano Maranella. \nIl percorso prevede 12 incontri\, per un totale di 24 ore\, dal 18 novembre 2026 al 17 marzo 2027\, con possibilità di partecipare in aula a Roma oppure in diretta streaming sulla piattaforma Zoom. \nIl programma e i docenti\nIl corso propone un approfondimento del diritto penale europeo attraverso un approccio pratico e sistematico\, che affianca l’evoluzione degli istituti all’analisi di casi e questioni applicative. \nTra i temi affrontati figurano le fonti del diritto dell’Unione europea\, la cooperazione giudiziaria in materia penale\, il mandato di arresto europeo\, le misure di prevenzione patrimoniali\, i diritti fondamentali\, la Procura europea e i rapporti con Eurojust\, Europol e OLAF. Il programma comprende inoltre il principio del ne bis in idem\, la Corte penale internazionale e i reati fiscali\, societari e finanziari nel diritto penale europeo. \nTra i docenti interverrà anche l’Avv. Francesco Samperi\, Presidente d’onore UAE e Presidente della Delegazione UAE di Roma e Lazio. \nLa direzione scientifica è affidata all’Avv. Prof. Stefano Maranella. Il Comitato Scientifico è composto dall’Avv. Domenico Barillà\, dall’Avv. Prof. Antonio Ferdinando De Simone e dall’Avv. Corinne Morganti. \nLe condizioni riservate ai soci UAE\nGli organizzatori hanno previsto una specifica convenzione per gli avvocati membri dell’Unione Avvocati Europei\, che comprende: \n\nUna borsa di studio a copertura integrale del corso. Il beneficiario potrà frequentare senza alcun costo e dovrà garantire la presenza in aula ad almeno l’80% delle lezioni. Per candidarsi è necessario inviare una lettera di motivazione e il proprio curriculum vitae a formazione@medichini.it. Le richieste saranno valutate dal Comitato Scientifico del corso.\nUna quota di iscrizione agevolata di €200 + IVA\, rispetto alla quota ordinaria di €500 + IVA e alla tariffa early booking di €400 + IVA prevista per le iscrizioni che perverranno entro il 31 ottobre.\n\nLa quota comprende la partecipazione al corso\, i materiali didattici e l’accesso alla piattaforma e-learning. The course will take place in Rome and online from 18 November 2026 to 17 March 2027. \nThe European Lawyers’Union (UAE) and its President\, Rosanna Marzocca\, are pleased to present an opportunity for professional development: the Advanced Training Course in European Criminal Law\, organized by the Centro Competenze e Formazione Medichini\, under the academic direction of Prof. Stefano Maranella. \nThe programme comprises 12 sessions\, totalling 24 hours\, running from 18 November 2026 to 17 March 2027. Participants may attend in person in Rome or join live online via Zoom. \nProgramme and Teaching Faculty\nThe course offers a practical and systematic examination of European criminal law\, combining the development of legal frameworks with case studies and their application in professional practice. \nTopics include the sources of European Union law\, judicial cooperation in criminal matters\, the European Arrest Warrant\, preventive measures concerning assets\, fundamental rights\, the European Public Prosecutor’s Office and its relationship with Eurojust\, Europol and OLAF. The recipient will attend free of charge and must commit to in-person attendance at a minimum of 80% of the sessions.
