DESCRIPTION:U.A.E. Annual Congress 2025 – Lecce\nFrom 5 to 7 June 2025\, the (U.A.E.) held its Annual Congress in Lecce\, bringing together lawyers\, academics\, institutional representatives\, and experts from across Europe for a high-level discussion on sustainability\, law\, and Europe’s green transition. \nThe core of the Congress took place on 6 June\, with an intensive working day dedicated to the analysis of key legal challenges related to the European green transformation. Among the institutional speakers were Raffaele Fitto\, Executive Vice President of the European Commission\, and Francesco Paolo Sisto\, Deputy Minister of Justice of Italy\, alongside distinguished jurists and academics of international standing. \nThe panels focused in particular on: \n\nlegal mechanisms for environmental protection;\ngreenwashing as a legal and business risk;\ngreen taxation and financial sustainability;\ncybersecurity and data protection within the circular economy.\n\nThe U.A.E. Annual Congress 2025 confirmed its role as a key reference point for the European legal community\, fostering dialogue between institutions\, professionals\, and academia on the role of law in shaping a more sustainable Europe. \n  \n– \n  \nCongrès Annuel U.A.E. 2025 – Lecce\nDu 5 au 7 juin 2025\, l’Union des Avocats Européens (U.A.E.) a tenu son Congrès Annuel à Lecce\, réunissant des avocats\, des universitaires\, des représentants institutionnels et des experts venus de toute l’Europe pour un échange de haut niveau sur la durabilité\, le droit et la transition écologique européenne. \nLe temps fort du Congrès s’est déroulé le 6 juin\, avec une journée de travaux intensifs consacrée à l’analyse des principaux enjeux juridiques liés à la transition verte européenne.
